Maintenance Policy

Introduction 

Our service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or infrastructure improvements.

To minimize disruption, routine maintenance is typically performed during off-peak hours. However, there is a recurring maintenance window during which service availability may be affected.

Scheduled Maintenance Window

The service may be unavailable on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

During this time:

• Access to the application may be interrupted or degraded

• Users may be redirected to an error page while navigating the application

• Features may be unavailable or may response unexpectedly

• Requests may fail or return errors

We aim to complete all maintenance activities as quickly and efficiently as possible and restore full service promptly once maintenance is complete.

Notice of Changes

Whenever possible, planned maintenance outside of this recurring window will be communicated in advance through appropriate channels.

Limitation

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and are not liable for temporary downtime occurring during scheduled maintenance periods.
